Women Biographies Add-on Pack

The Women Biographies Classroom Library includes six 6-Packs of nonfiction biographies that focus on the lives of famous women. These high-interest, nonfiction books build critical reading skills while students are immersed in engaging biographies. They include informational text features such as a table of contents, a glossary, an index, captions, and dynamic images to engage students in reading and learning. The texts can be purposefully leveled to increase comprehension for different learner types, and feature complex and rigorous content appropriate for middle school students. Aligned with state standards, these texts connect with McREL, WIDA/TESOL standards and prepare students for college and career. Each 6-Pack includes six copies of the title and a corresponding lesson plan. Titles include (titles may vary):
