Eric LeMoine is an Innovation Strategist for the Beaverton School District in Oregon. A hands-on educator for over 30 years in Title I schools, Eric is passionate about involving students and their families in the instructional cycle. He's had the opportunity to work with educators in all corners of the globe, including Canada, Germany, Italy, England, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and 41 of the 50 states. Eric also serves as an education consultant for TCM, where he provides professional development and coaching for TCM’s curriculum materials and Shell Education professional resources for school districts, instructional leads, and teachers across the country.
Eric’s diverse instructional background allows him the expertise to train educators that span the education spectrum, including ESL specialists, reading specialists, social studies teachers, science teachers, and technology leads, just to name a few. During Eric’s tenure as an educator, he has worked as an elementary classroom teacher, a classroom coach, a district-level curriculum specialist, and has spent eleven years in a district-level position supporting K‐12 curriculum initiatives.
